This topic describes feature enhancements, resolved issues, and important information for Logi Info v26, released 30 June 2026.

You no longer need a new license when upgrading an existing installation of one of our products from one major version to another major version, for example v23.3 to v26. However, if you are upgrading from v12 to v26, you will need a v14 license key and file for the new product/application. If you have an active maintenance contract with Logi, we've already created licenses for your license point of contact, which you can find on DevNet by selecting Support > License Manager. Contact Customer Service if you want to upgrade and need a new license.

Rapid Excel Export issue in Dashboard	Rapid Excel export now works correctly when a table is contained within a dashboard panel. Previously, the export failed and threw an error.
AnalysisChart Type Switch issue	Switching chart types in an AnalysisChart control (for example, from Bar to Pie or Line) no longer throws an AppendChild error when a concurrent AnalysisGrid is present.
Duplicated Stack Labels issue on Bar Chart	Stack labels on bar charts are no longer duplicated when exporting to PDF in Java environments. The issue occurred specifically with StackLabels defined inside ChartYAxis.
DataTable Group Column Sorting issue	Sorting in DataTable group columns now works correctly when column names contain a comma, space, or colon.
DataTable Refresh issue	A DataTable added to a dashboard now refreshes correctly after manually modifying the corresponding XML data file.
Wait Panel issue After Clicking Refresh	The wait panel now disappears correctly after clicking the Refresh Chart button.
Keyboard focus issue in Pop-up Panel	Keyboard focus is now correctly retained within the report page after interacting with buttons in a pop-up panel using keyboard navigation.
Display issue in Dashboard	Charts added to a dashboard now display correctly when the chart data column name contains a comma.
SingleQuote Token issue in Metadata Editor (Oracle)	Using the SingleQuote modifier before a session token in the metadata editor no longer causes errors when working with Oracle database connections.
Console issue When Clicking OK in Pop-up Dialog	Clicking the OK button in a pop-up dialog no longer throws a console error when the DHTML Event is set to onchange.
Session Variables issue in AnalysisGrid AJAX Postbacks	Session variables used in dynamic Oracle connection definitions are no longer lost during AnalysisGrid AJAX postbacks in Java environments.
Bookmark issue When Using Keyboard Controls	Users can now save a bookmark using keyboard controls
Quick Filter Search Input Missing Label	The Quick Filter search input on a Checkbox List now includes an accessible label, enabling screen readers to correctly describe the purpose of the input to users.
Keyboard Focus issue After Dismissing Validation Pop-up	Keyboard focus is now correctly returned to the report page after dismissing a validation pop-up using the Enter key.
Adding a Group to DataTable issue When Column Name Contained Special Characters	Adding a group to a DataTable in the wizard no longer fails when the column name contains a space, colon, or comma.
Removed and Added Columns Display Issue	When editing a custom table in Data Manager, the Removed and Added columns dialog now displays all expected values correctly.
Duplicated Image issue on Export	Images such as logos are no longer duplicated in PDF exports when the report contains a large table.
FTP Deployment issue	Deploying an application via the FTP transfer method in Logi Studio no longer results in an error.
Descending Sort Sequence issue in DataTable Group Column	The descending sort sequence configured in a DataTable group column now works correctly.
Incorrect Sort Arrow issue on Group Column After Upgrade	The sort arrow is no longer incorrectly displayed on the Ship Country group column when sorting by a different group column.
Sort Arrow issue in DataTable Group Column	Sort arrows are now displayed correctly in DataTable group columns.
Incorrect Date Format issue in Custom Aggregate Function	Custom aggregate functions using DateDiff in an AnalysisGrid no longer display an incorrect date format.
Java Threads in debug traces	Java threads are no longer blocked in debug traces due to updated thread safe access implementation.
Scheduler AWS TLS Policy Not Supported	The .NET-based Logi Scheduler now supports modern AWS TLS security policies. The highest TLS protocol version scheduler service supports is 1.2.
Multi-User Shared Bookmarks issue	Multiple users can now simultaneously access shared bookmarks stored in the file system without errors in InfoGo.
Java Kubernetes/Tomcat CPU Spike issue	CPU spikes that required a node restart in Java environments running on Kubernetes/Tomcat have been resolved.
Dashboard Chart Thumbnail Firefox issue	Chart thumbnails in dashboards are now generated correctly when the export type is Playwright and the export browser is Firefox.
